Class action lawsuits against Tesla have been ongoing for some time, based on the claims and promises made by Elon Musk over the last decade about Tesla Full Self Driving (FSD). Basically, people who have spent a lot of money expecting Full Self Driving to work within a reasonable period of time are arguing that they have been scammed and cheated. (I paid $6,000 for FSD almost seven years ago, for example in August 2019, while some people paid up to $15,000 for FSD at top price.) There are class action lawsuits in the USA and Australia on this and other issues. I don’t think there are any left in Europe, but let’s see what happens.
In this Australian case the judge Tesla recently issued a stern warning because he feels that Tesla is being hesitant in this case. I’m very excited to see what happens in Australia when this blockade is broken.
