International Business Machines Corp (NYSE:IBM) is well-positioned to accelerate software growth and capitalize on enterprise AI adoption, according to Jefferies analysts following the company’s Think 2026 conference in Boston.

The brokerage said it came away constructive on IBM’s longer-term outlook, citing strong software pipeline trends, cross-selling opportunities across the company’s portfolio, and what it views as an underappreciated positioning in artificial intelligence.

“In our view, IBM is better positioned for AI than investors appreciate, with an infrastructure focus, deep regulated-industry exposure and consulting-led AI adoption,” Jefferies wrote.
