Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co. asked a U.K. court to appoint administrators for the estate of British tech entrepreneur Mike Lynch, who died after his luxury yacht sank off the coast of Sicily in 2024, as the tech company seeks to recover about $1.2 billion.
