London, 24 September 2026 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells Cadwalader has advised IBM on its acquisition of Logiq Consulting, a UK cyber security consultancy specializing in secure digital transformation for the defence, Critical National Infrastructure and public sectors.
Logiq Consulting provides specialist capabilities spanning cyber security assurance, Secure by Design, secure systems engineering, digital transformation and secure managed services. The acquisition strengthens IBM Consulting’s cyber security and sovereign technology capabilities, complementing its existing hybrid cloud and AI offering.
