A layoff can be overwhelming, especially in a challenging job market where the use of artificial intelligence is increasing. However, a software developer explained in a social media post that a targeted approach helped turn a sudden job loss into multiple job offers in just 45 days.
In a Reddit post titled “I received multiple offers within 45 days of being laid off. This is what I did,” the engineer explained how he/she got back on his feet after being among thousands of layoffs oracle and ultimately secured three offers before accepting a position as an AI engineer.
