Larry Ellison, known for his engineering achievements as co-founder and chief technology officer of Oracle, is instead putting his South Florida developer experience to good use by investing millions of dollars in real estate and helping transform an exclusive island town 20 minutes from Mar-a-Lago into a haven for the super-rich.
