Amazon, Microsoft, Meta and Google are facing more ‘data centre problems’ in the US. According to a report by the news agency Reuters, apart from dealing with community opposition to large infrastructure projects, these tech majors are also facing increasing pressure from investors seeking greater transparency on environmental impact, particularly around water usage and energy consumption.
