The head of the International Monetary Fund, Kristalina Georgieva, has warned that young people will suffer the most as an AI “tsunami” wipes out many entry-level positions in the coming years.
Tasks that are eliminated are usually entry-level job tasks, making it more difficult for young job seekers to find a good job.
Georgieva is not alone. Other economic and business experts warn that AI is displacing entry-level jobs.
