One of these images is a real photo, while the other two were digitally altered by Grok to change what I’m wearing. Can you tell what’s real?

Here I am, at the end of a pier in Dorset in the summer.

Two of these images were created using the free artificial intelligence tool Grok, owned by Elon Musk.

It’s pretty convincing. I’ve never worn the pretty yellow ski suit or red and blue jacket – the middle photo is the original – but I don’t know how I could prove that if the need arose given these pictures.

Of course, Grok is criticized because he tends to undress women rather than put them back on. And that without their consent.

It took pictures of people in bikinis, or worse, when others were asked to do so. And shared the results publicly on the social network X.

There is also evidence that this resulted in sexualized images of children.
