Trump’s Trade Disclosure Shows Activity in Nvidia, AMD, Microsoft, Oracle and Other Major Stocks – Appl

president Donald TrumpThe ethics filing for the first quarter of 2026 reads less like a disclosure form and more like a transcription of the trading floor.

A newly released filing from the Office of Government Ethics (OGE) shows that Trump’s portfolio made 3,642 securities transactions in the first quarter – about 58 trades on each U.S. trading day in the quarter.

Trump certified the 113-page Form 278-T on May 8 OGE received it on May 12. A handwritten note on the cover sheet reads “Applicant has paid late fees,” indicating that the 30- to 45-day disclosure window established in 5 CFR Part 2634 has been exceeded.

Benzinga contacted OGE to ask whether the transactions reflected direct trading activity by Trump or activity conducted through managed accounts or discretionary structures.

An OGE spokesperson declined to go into details: “OGE is committed to transparency and citizen oversight of government. However, OGE does not respond to questions about specific ethical disclosures.”
