NEW YORK — Japanese tech investor SoftBank Group, along with American companies OpenAI and Oracle, will invest $500 billion in artificial intelligence infrastructure in the U.S., President Donald Trump announced on Tuesday.
“The largest AI infrastructure project by far in history, and it’s all taking place here in America,” Trump said at the White House.
