With its on-premises data center becoming increasingly costly and inflexible, The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited (Towngas) set out to migrate to the cloud and establish a more efficient and scalable infrastructure for next-generation services. As a result, Towngas reduced IT costs by up to 40 percent, cut routine management time by 50 percent, launched services 150 percent faster, and accelerated AI application development to enhance customer experiences and streamline operations.
