Microsoft has just issued updated guidance for more than 500 million Windows 11 users. “If you’ve checked Windows Security and wondered whether that protection is ‘enough,’” the company tells PC owners, “you’re asking the right question.”
Microsoft says its own antivirus software is actually good enough for most users. “From the moment you turn on your PC,” Microsoft Defender will ”defend against potential risks” to “protect your credentials, photos, and files.”
