Despite all the excitement around AI over the last two years, we are still only at the beginning of what the next decade of computing, cloud and intelligence will look like. And unlike many technology narratives of the past: advertising, mobile, social, this cycle does not start with the consumer. It starts with the infrastructure.
In this year’s conversations with investors, CIOs and technologists, one theme emerged: AI is no longer a feature. It is an industrial scale input. And that is forcing a complete rebuild of the digital economy from the ground up, from semiconductors and data centers to energy requirements and business productivity.
