The French AI startup is aiming for Workday, Oracle and SAP | Assets

For Eléonore Crespo, the French attitude is “Jamais content,“or never happy” is a business strategy, not a stereotype. The fundamental physicist trained in Paris became co-founder and CEO has built Pigment on a foundation of a French-influenced “Never Settle” ethos – an aggressive refusal to settle that now drives one of Europe’s fastest-growing AI software companies.

Assets has exclusively learned that Pigment’s ARR is approaching $100 million, doubling its ARR for the third consecutive year. The company has grown its customer base by 74%, with leading companies such as Uber, Unileveranthropic, Siemens and more use Pigment, and 57% of new sales come from enterprise customers. According to Crespo, more than half of Pigment’s new customers in 2025 migrated from SaaS giants, representing a 115% increase in replacement customers compared to the previous year.
