oracle wants to provide more parking for employees at its Reston campus.
An attorney representing the Texas-based technology company sent a letter in January to the Fairfax County zoning administrator asking whether a surface parking lot could be built on the office property at 1900 Oracle Way in place of a previously approved parking garage.
Oracle’s proposed 222 additional spaces would help address the increasing demand for parking that the company is pushing its workers toward Return to the offices which temporarily closed at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, the letter said.
