Specialist Finance Group (SFG) has rolled out a major upgrade to its broker platform, introducing SFGconnect V2 – a new version built on the Salestrekker 2.0 ecosystem and integrated with advanced artificial intelligence tools to automate compliance tasks and reduce administrative burdens.
SFG said the platform was rebuilt with enhanced automation, workflow improvements and expanded training and customer engagement tools, using AI to create compliance notes, customer summaries and submission notes in seconds.
Using Salestrekker 2.0’s AI tools, SFGconnect V2 can reportedly produce up to 2,500 words in seconds. SFG points out that a broker who would typically spend 2.5 to four hours creating a 2,500-word submission note can now complete the task in under 10 seconds. All expenses can be edited, approved and attached instantly.
Based on industry averages, SFG estimated that a broker creating six deals per month could save about 18 hours of manual labor each month, or about 216 hours per month.
