ServiceNow announced several integrations with Microsoft this week. First is an integration between the ServiceNow AI Platform and Microsoft Agent 365. Second, is between ServiceNow Build Agent and GitHub. Last is between ServiceNow AI Control Tower and Microsoft Foundry and Copilot Studio. All three integrations are expected to be generally available by year’s end.
Microsoft Agent 365 enables five capabilities for AI agents deployed in Microsoft environments: registry, access control, visualization, interoperability and security. Copilot Studio is a graphical, low-code tool for building AI agents and agent flows. Microsoft Foundry is a development environment for building generative AI applications and AI agents.
