Semiconductor Stocks Surge with Broadcom (AVGO) Leading the Gain

U.S. semiconductor stocks experienced a notable upswing recently. Broadcom (AVGO, Financial) led the charge with a nearly 4% increase. Marvell Technology (MRVL) followed closely, rising over 3%, while ASML Holding (ASML) gained more than 2%. Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSM) saw an increase of over 1.5%, and NVIDIA (NVDA) rose by 1.2%. Micron Technology (MU) also contributed to the positive trend with a 1.25% increase.
