WALLDORF and AUSTIN – SAP SE (NYSE: SAP) and Dremio today announced that SAP has agreed to acquire Dremio, an open, high-performance data lakehouse platform designed to accelerate agent AI and expand the SAP Business Data Cloud’s ability to combine SAP and non-SAP data to run analytics and AI workloads more effectively in real-time.
The terms of the contract were not disclosed. Regulatory approval of the transaction is still pending.
