PwC uses AI to shorten delivery times for consulting services

PwC wins contracts by using tailored AI agents to reduce delivery times, showing that the future belongs to consulting firms with fewer, more experienced staff – and their robot helpers.

In one case, the company modernized a client’s application system in three months with six PwC consultants, including three leading 18 AI agents. So far, at least 40 developers have been needed for this, said consulting manager Rohit Antao.
