PwC Australia increased average partner income to $814,000 in 2025, up 6 percent from the previous year, although profit fell 2 percent to $608 million as the introduction of artificial intelligence boosted efficiency.
The result, the second year in a row of partner salaries rising amid declining revenues, reflects a shift in the firm’s operating model as increased use of AI and reduced partner and headcounts help boost margins.
