SINGAPORE : PSA Singapore is collaborating with global technology company Cisco to explore the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in strengthening the reliability, resilience and operational efficiency of critical digital systems at Tuas Port, one of the world’s most advanced automated port facilities.
Under this collaboration, the two organisations will develop a proof of concept (PoC) for an AI-powered platform designed to integrate and analyse real-time data across multiple digital environments, including applications, IT infrastructure and network systems.
The proposed platform aims to provide enhanced visibility into the performance of interconnected digital systems, enabling technical teams to identify potential issues, diagnose problems and resolve disruptions more quickly.
