SALT LAKE CITY, November 26, 2025–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Palladyne AI Corp. (Nasdaq: PDYN and PDYNW) (“Palladyne AI”), a developer of artificial intelligence software for autonomous platforms in the industrial and defense sectors, today announced that on November 20, 2025, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Palladyne AI approved the grant of a total of 272,208 Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) as material incentives to eight employees who are pursuing employment with a subsidiary of Palladyne AI (the “New Hire Awards”). Six of the new employees joined Palladyne following the completion of the previously announced acquisitions of GuideTech LLC and Warnke Precision Machining, LLC, MKR Fabrication, LLC and MKR Fabrication Properties, LLC.
