Orica sets up scalable AI governance

Orica has established a “central door” to keep track of AI use cases and associated risk assessments, development and value creation.

The mining explosives giant announced last year that it was managing its AI needs and governance through ServiceNow. The structure used for this is the so-called “AI control tower”.
