March 11 (Reuters) – Oracle’s stake in TikTok’s U.S. operations is worth about $2 billion, according to a filing on Wednesday, more than a month after Chinese parent ByteDance struck a deal to form a majority-owned American joint venture to avoid a ban.

Under the agreement, U.S. and global investors together hold 80.1% ownership of TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC, while ByteDance owns 19.9%.
