Oracle reported net income of $4.2 billion, or $1.45 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter (Q4) ended May 31, 2026, a 23% increase compared to $3.4 billion, or $1.19 per diluted share, in the same period in 2025.
The company said total revenue rose 21% to $19.2 billion in the quarter. Cloud revenue, which Oracle defines as infrastructure and applications (IaaS + SaaS), rose 47% to $9.9 billion. Within that figure, cloud infrastructure (IaaS) revenue increased 93% and cloud application (SaaS) revenue increased 10%, according to the company.
Outside the cloud, software revenue fell 2% to $6.8 billion, which Oracle said was due to customers continuing to migrate from on-premise software to the cloud. Services revenue rose 13% to $1.5 billion and hardware revenue rose 9% to $0.9 billion.
Oracle reported GAAP operating income of $6.1 billion for the quarter, up 20%. Non-GAAP operating income rose 22% to $8.6 billion.
