Oracle Corp The stock fell on Friday as investors became more cautious about the company’s debt-funded AI infrastructure spending.

Premarket profit-taking and a broader tech sell-off that weighed on the Nasdaq and S&P 500 also added pressure.

BNP Paribas Analyst Stefan Slowinski remains bullish on Oracle, maintaining his Outperform rating and a price forecast of $283. However, he expects the company’s fiscal 2027 investment outlook to be in focus when the company reports fourth-quarter results.
