Oracle takes over office space in Germantown

The terms of the rental agreement are not disclosed.

Oracle, which is currently busy building its future East Bank campus at the River North site, currently operates 150,000 square feet of offices in the Radius Building at 601 11th Ave. N. North Gulch’s Capitol View. The company is also leasing approximately 60,000 square feet of space in the HealthStream-anchored building at 500 11th Ave. N., also in Capitol View.

Once the Neuhoff office is operational, Oracle will employ approximately 2,000 people in Nashville. Company officials said the goal is to eventually employ about 8,500 people in Nashville.
