Oracle Corp (ORCL) shares rose $1.78, or 0.9%, to $197.21 in after-hours trading on Tuesday after an executive disclosed a stock sale by an executive in a regulatory filing. Shares traded between $194.74 and $198.34 in the regular session, with about 14.1 million shares changing hands.
