Oracle Park games give high school baseball players the thrill of a lifetime

St. Ignatius outfielder RJ Church and Riordan’s Logan Tuman were already “big” fans of the San Francisco Giants.

After Saturday, both raised the grade to “huge.”

That’s because the two were among more than 100 high school players who attended the 20th Dante Benedetti Classic at Oracle Park and appeared as heroes in two of the three games played at the Giants’ home field.
