On June 10, 2026, Oracle Corporation (NYSE:ORCL) reported fourth fiscal year adjusted earnings per share of $2.11, compared to consensus of $1.96, and revenue of $19.2 billion, compared to consensus of $19.09 billion. Oracle said total cloud revenue reached a record $9.9 billion in the fourth quarter, up 47% in USD terms and 46% in constant currency terms. Cloud infrastructure (IaaS) revenue increased 93% in dollar terms to $5.8 billion, while cloud applications (SaaS) revenue increased 10% in dollar terms to $4.1 billion.
Oracle Corporation (NYSE:ORCL) said the increase in remaining performance obligations and revenue was due to growing demand for cloud infrastructure for AI training and inference. The company said remaining performance obligations ended the quarter at $638 billion, up 363% in dollar terms year-over-year and up $85 billion quarter-over-quarter at the end of the third quarter.
