OpenSea is now feeding live marketplace data into Perplexity Computer, giving the AI agent the ability to answer questions about token and NFT trading activity using onchain information spanning more than 25 blockchains.

The integration, announced on Aug. 27, marks one of the most direct connections yet between a major NFT marketplace and an AI answer engine. Perplexity Computer, which is built to handle multi-step tasks with cited sources, can now pull from OpenSea’s cross-chain data when users ask what is moving onchain.

The connector covers fungible tokens, collectibles, and NFTs. A user can ask which assets recorded the heaviest trading volume over a given period, or which collections are drawing attention from traders, and receive answers grounded in current marketplace activity rather than static price feeds.

“Onchain markets are built for AI agents. Everything is open, live, and verifiable,” said OpenSea co-founder and CEO Devin Finzer.

He noted that users were already asking what was moving onchain, and the integration lets Perplexity Computer answer using actual marketplace behavior. The connector is available through the Connectors page in Perplexity Computer.
