new York | OpenAI has confidentially filed to go public in a blockbuster listing that is expected to value the ChatGPT creator at more than $1 trillion ($1.4 trillion) while bringing rival Anthropic to Wall Street.
ChatGPT’s founder announced on Monday (Tuesday AEST) that he had submitted a draft prospectus for his IPO to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
