RTX Spark — a 1-Petaflop Superchip, the Full CUDA and RTX Ecosystem, and Windows-Native Agents — a New Beginning for Personal Computers
NVIDIA just announced a brand new chip called RTX Spark, and it’s basically designed to turn your laptop or desktop into a personal AI assistant. With a crazy 1 petaflop of AI performance and up to 128GB of memory, all packed into slim, lightweight Windows laptops and small desktop PCs coming this fall from brands like Dell, HP, Lenovo, ASUS, Microsoft Surface and more.
It handles heavy creative work like editing 12K video, running massive AI models, and even AAA gaming at high frame rates, all from one chip.
Adobe is also jumping on board in a big way, rebuilding Photoshop and Premiere specifically for RTX Spark to make them up to twice as fast. Pretty much every major player in creative software and gaming has signed on too. It sounds like a genuine shift in what a personal computer is supposed to be.
