The transactions, which occurred on June 24 and 25, were disclosed in recent filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Huang’s sales amounted to around $29.31 million, while Kress sold Nvidia stock worth over $24 million. The shares were sold at various prices ranging from $118.11 to $126.48 per share over the two days. These sales were made under a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan established by Kress on March 22, 2024, allowing insiders to sell a predetermined amount of stock at a predetermined time to prevent allegations of insider trading.
