Nvidia appoints former Goldman Sachs vice chairman to its board of directors

Nvidia (NVDA) has appointed Suzanne Nora Johnson, a former vice chairman at Goldman Sachs (GS), to its board of directors.

The new appointment will become effective on July 13, and Johnson is expected to join the board’s Audit Committee. This will also
