New features to optimize costs and improve scalability on Amazon RDS for SQL Server and Oracle | Amazon Web Services

To meet these needs, we are announcing four new features for Amazon Relational Database Service (Amazon RDS) to help customers optimize their costs and improve efficiency and scalability for them Amazon RDS for Oracle And Amazon RDS for SQL Server Databases. These improvements include SQL Server Developer Edition support and expanded storage capabilities for RDS for Oracle and RDS for SQL Server. Additionally, CPU optimization options for RDS for SQL Server on M7i and R7i instances are available, offering discounts over previous versions.
