NEC X has begun accepting applications for the fifteenth cohort of its Elev X! The Ignite program offers early-stage founders the opportunity to develop launch-ready startups, with access to expert mentorship, research and development support, and up to $250,000 in equity funding.
Practical AI access
The new cohort introduces a feature that allows selected founders to explore NEC’s artificial intelligence technologies in the early stages of the program. This access allows founders to gain hands-on experience with NEC’s proprietary AI systems with the goal of developing new application ideas for their own ventures.
Phase 1 participants will be able to interact directly with NEC’s advanced AI capabilities through dedicated application programming interfaces (APIs). This is in response to a strong trend observed in previous applications where almost all startups proposed AI-powered solutions.
