NAMU AX, Solomon Tech Partner on VMware Migration and On-Premise AI Business — BigGo Finance

AI infrastructure specialist NAMU AX (formerly Namu Tech) has joined forces with ICT services company Solomon Tech to jointly pursue the enterprise virtualization migration and on-premise AI adoption markets. The two companies announced on the 21st that they have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to expand their enterprise platform businesses.

The core of the partnership is addressing VMware migration demand by leveraging NAMU AX’s KVM-based server virtualization platform, namuVIRT. As companies increasingly seek alternatives to existing virtualization systems and evaluate on-premise AI adoption, the need for integrated services that combine product supply with deployment and operational capabilities has grown significantly.

The division of responsibilities is clear. NAMU AX will provide its proprietary platform and technical support, while Solomon Tech will handle customer sales and system deployment and operations. The two companies plan to first pursue VMware migration projects by leveraging Solomon Tech’s existing customer base, then expand to public institutions and small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs).
