National Australia Bank is preparing for a major expansion of its arsenal of AI-driven customer engagement after maturing what it calls its “customer brain.”
Customer Brain is the result of the bank’s multi-year effort to develop ways to use AI and other technologies to process customer signals, anticipate their needs and automate digital interactions with them.
