NAB is building an “AI science” team

NAB is putting together an “AI science” team to drive adoption of the technology across the bank. It is led by a data scientist from McKinsey’s AI department, QuantumBlack.

Mahya Knox, the bank’s chief AI officer, said the team “will play an integral role in building a rigorous AI agent architecture, scoring methodology and new AI products to ensure the ability to operate these components securely across the bank and deliver outstanding customer experiences.”
