Perth father Steven Shaw is one of those fined.

Within two months, between December and January, his passenger was caught by AI cameras wearing a seatbelt improperly on the highway four times.

“When you’re driving on the highway at 60 mph, there is no safe way to safely monitor the position of a passenger’s seat belt without potentially causing an accident,” Shaw told 9News.
