Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT), the cloud, productivity and enterprise-AI company, launched MAI-Transcribe-2-Streaming alongside MAI-Voice-2.1 and its faster Flash variant, with shares up approximately 0.54% to $515.57 at 10.05am ET on October 2. The push gives developers more of the pieces needed to build voice agents inside Microsoft’s ecosystem. Hearing a customer and answering back could mean two opportunities to capture spending.
