Micron, Oracle and Semtech are getting new attention on Wall Street as demand for AI infrastructure increases

Wall Street is growing increasingly bullish on three AI infrastructure projects heading into a busy earnings streak, with analysts raising their price targets Micron technology (NASDAQ:MU), oracle (NYSE:ORCL) And Semtech (NASDAQ:SMTC) due to the increasing demand for AI infrastructure.

The signal from all three names is bullish in the direction, although the conviction levels and short-term setups vary widely.

Micron has the strongest institutional momentum of the three. Citi raised its price target to $430 from $385 and maintained its Buy rating ahead of the company’s next earnings report on March 18. Meanwhile, Susquehanna raised its price target to $525 from $345 and maintained its positive rating as average selling prices for DRAM and NAND in the quarter to date were well above expectations for January.
