The AI clone of Zuckerberg, the company’s founder and CEO, will be trained in his behavior and tone, as well as his public statements and thoughts on company strategy.
According to the Financial Times, the idea behind the project is that employees may feel more connected to one of the most powerful people in Silicon Valley.
The Meta Boss has a long history of creating and experimenting with digitized versions of himself.
In 2022, he shared his own avatar in his self-proclaimed Metaverse, whose graphical quality was publicly mocked, leading him to later release an updated version. However, Meta has scaled back its vision for the metaverse, in which digital representatives of humans, or avatars, can interact with other virtual humans.
