MegazoneCloud Secures AWS Authorized Government Reseller Status in US, Targets Defense and Public Sector Markets — BigGo Finance

MegazoneCloud has secured AWS’s Authorized Government Reseller status, establishing a bridgehead for targeting the US government and defense markets. The company’s plan is to grow its US business by supporting customers with stringent security and regulatory compliance needs across the entire cloud lifecycle, from design to deployment and operations.

MegazoneCloud said on the 22nd that it had obtained Amazon Web Services’ (AWS) “Authorized Government Reseller” status. It can now supply “AWS GovCloud (US)” to US federal, state and local government agencies, defense contractors and other regulated-industry customers.

AWS GovCloud (US) is an isolated cloud region designed separately to meet the security and compliance standards required by the US government and regulated industries.
