Now, time for some of today’s trending tickers. We are watching stocks in the defense sector, airlines, and Nvidia.

First up, let’s look at Lockheed Martin, North of Grumman, RTX, shares and all these stocks are spiking after that dramatic military uh escalation in the Middle East and the attack uh attacks on Iran.

Uh these companies some of the US’s main contractors of air, missile, defense, strike capabilities. Uh Locke’s F-35 fighter jets, which were involved in the Iran campaign, they make up 26% of that defense contractor’s net sales.

Growth in defense spending, of course, has been a key policy of President Trump’s second term in office with analysts saying demand in the sector could expand to the Middle East as tensions continue to rise.

And those stocks, by the way, have all already performed very well under his tenure.

And next up, we got stocks in the airline sector. of course, you might imagine they’re taking a hit amid that military escalation. Delta, American Airlines, United shares are all sharply lower.
