Lenovo has announced a slew of new infrastructure solutions aimed at helping enterprises modernize their virtualized environments while building toward AI readiness, all without needing to rip out and replace what they’ve already got.
At the hardware level, the new ThinkAgile VX850 V4 is purpose-built for heavily virtualized environments and demanding in-memory workloads, supporting both structured and unstructured data. It’s designed to give businesses a solid foundation for consolidating critical workloads while leaving room to grow into AI-driven applications down the line.
On the services side, they cleaned up its deployment options into three clear tiers: Standard Deploy, Premier Deploy, and Premier Deploy Plus. All three include a structured readiness setup and expert hardware installation, but Premier Deploy and Premier Deploy Plus go further, offering implementation support and operational handoff assistance to help businesses actually get to production-ready status rather than just having hardware delivered. Premier Deploy Plus adds extended post-deployment support and a one-year infrastructure health assessment, helping catch potential issues early.
Meanwhile, the Express Solutions lineup has been expanded as well.
