Checkbox, an Australian artificial intelligence software startup founded by two former Sydney Boys High School classmates, has been valued at more than $100 million after attracting Silicon Valley investors looking to fund its U.S. expansion.
The startup has developed bots that help lawyers at major companies such as Telstra, Woolworths and Macquarie Group automate simple tasks, and has raised $23 million ($32 million) in funding led by US venture capital firm Touring Capital.
